Lakeshore Drive Synagogue’s fundamental mission is to make Judaism vital, relevant, and positive. There’s a lot of joy in Judaism as we go through the cycles of life. We wish to give back to our community and ask our members to also share in sustaining our synagogue to ensure we have a welcoming model of Judaism for those members to come.

We have an annual Yom Kippur appeal. During this giving time, we work on creating a legacy program and ways to give and get throughout the year. Our Yom Kippur appeal is the synagogue’s annual fundraising campaign and primary operating support. Through our members’ generosity, we can hire and retain staff, provide a high standard of learning and worship to our community, and provide some great kiddish luncheons.
