Lakeshore Drive Synagogue has a fundamental mission to make Judaism vital, relevant and positive. There’s a lot of joy in Judaism as we go through the cycles of life. We wish to be philanthropic to our community and ask for our members to also in sharing this; to not only sustaining our synagogue, but ensuring we have a welcoming model of Judaism for those members to come.

We have a annual Yom Kippur appeal. We work on creating a legacy program and ways to give and get throughout the year. Our Yom Kippur appeal is the annual fundraising campaign and main operating support, and through the generosity of our members were able to hire and retain staff, and provide a high standard of learning and worship to our community and some great kiddishes.
